I find that I can get myself a tea, coffee, or dt coke and walk around the mall for hours though. Or go walk around a park. Something is better than nothing. not everyday needs to be a marathon. You can use anything you want. I hear that spinach, cucumbers, and carrots are basically undetectable in smoothies so that's why I'm using spinach. Plus, it's really good for you. And you can't even taste it at all! The fruit over-rides the vegie flavor. I know you have a crazy work schedule but Jazzercise is the only form of exercise that I have ever stuck with longer than a few months and I love it. Not only do you have the "accountability" of a lot of great women at each class (with all types of bodies, endurance levels and training goals), but it is also actually fun.<br /><br />For someone who NEVER exercised, for the last 4 years I have been going 4-5 times a week (60 minute classes). I look forward to it and HATE when I have to miss class. It's a great cardio workout and has fun weight training incorporated into it. I would recommend giving it a try. Gyms don't work for me and I hate all the bouncing bunnies there.<br /><br />Good luck, girl!
